Drink your herbal tea! 🌿Peppermint green tea is 1 of my favorites to use daily. The peppermint helps soothe the flare ups I get on my skin. And green tea is filled with antioxidants (fights inflammation, aids with glowing skin, etc)

Wash your fresh ginger,shave it, then dice it into cubes & freeze it for daily use!! Ginger has changed my life, even cured symptoms I was dealing with for years!! Almost every apothecary product calls for ginger! JUST get it ➡️➡️➡️ as ground ginger as well as fresh whole ginger & use it daily ..   Thank me later 😊

3) Organic Green Apples🍏 

Eat green apples, they help with digestion and maintaining weight, appetite and internal cleansing 🧼✨
